Draymond Green came under fire several times throughout the NBA playoffs for repeatedly kicking or punching opponents, and now, the Golden State Warriors forward seems to have played dirty yet again in his last game of the postseason.
With about 10 seconds left in Sunday’s Game 7 of the NBA Finals against the now-champion Cleveland Cavaliers, Green rose to stop LeBron James from sinking a monster, game-ending dunk to seal the win over Golden State in Oakland.
After falling to the ground, however, Green managed to kick Cleveland guard Kyrie Irving in the ribs in what looked like another kick-and-flop.
One would have thought the Warriors forward had learned from his one-game suspension, which came after he punched James in the groin in Game 4 of the finals.

Before that, Green had also kicked Irving in the chest in Golden State’s 104-89 Game 1 victory over the Cavs, as well as Oklahoma City Thunder center Steven Adams twice in the crotch in the Western Conference Finals.
This almost seems like an innate reflex of Green’s at this point, and the 26-year-old will surely need to be more careful next season if he doesn’t wish to keep adding evidence to claims of him being an excessively rough player.
The Cavs defeated the Warriors 93-89 in Game 7 to earn their first NBA championship title.
Sports Illustrated’s Kenny Ducey shared the following video of the kick:
