DeAndre Hopkins #10 of the Houston Texans
Though the Houston Texans suffered a brutal 34-6 home loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Christmas Day, DeAndre Hopkins recorded an incredible touchdown late in the contest.
The Texans receiver made a jaw-dropping, one-handed touchdown catch early in the fourth quarter of Monday’s matchup.
Hopkins didn’t record his first reception Monday until the final play of the third quarter. But 2:30 into the fourth, he used his right hand to tip a pass from T.J. Yates to himself over Steelers cornerback Joe Haden. Hopkins then used his left hand to snag the ball before falling out of bounds. He then tapped both feet around Haden’s body in the end zone.
The touchdown marked the first score of the game for Houston, which was trailing 27-0 at the time.
