Russell Westbrook had just a few brief comments following the Oklahoma City Thunder’s 122-112 home loss to the Houston Rockets on Tuesday night.

The MVP’s main advice to his team after a second straight defeat: “stay positive” to help turn things around for the last 16 games of the regular season.

The Western Conference-leading Rockets (50-13) now have 16 straight wins. The Thunder (37-29), meanwhile, is seventh in the West, just 1.5 games ahead of the Los Angeles Clippers.

Chris Paul led Houston with 25 points in Tuesday’s victory at Oklahoma City, and James Harden added 23 points and 11 assists. Seven Rockets scored in double figures that night.

Oklahoma City next hosts Phoenix on Thursday night, and then San Antonio on Saturday night. Houston visits Milwaukee on Wednesday night.
