Social media influencer Sophie Hall is suing Tyreek Hill for $75,000 in damages after the Dolphins wide receiver allegedly broke her leg during a football drill. Hall claims that Hill shoved her “forcefully and purposefully” with the aim to harm her.

“The crushing force was so great that she sustained a right leg fracture, necessitating surgery with metal hardware implantation,” the lawsuit, filed February 23, claims.

Hall and Hill allegedly met one another when Hall’s son attended a football camp hosted by Hill. The NFL star reportedly offered to fly her to his Florida mansion in June last year, and she accepted.

According to Hall, she and Hill were performing a drill together at his mansion in Broward County when the incident occurred. The drill apparently called for her to chase after him as she would a quarterback. When she successfully forced him backward, eliciting laughter from Hill’s other guests, she claims that Hill’s mood changed.

The two continued to play, at which point Hill has been accused of charging at her “violently and with great force.” Hill allegedly downplayed the incident and did not seek medical attention for Hall, but the lawsuit claims that a medical evaluation eventually revealed the fracture.

In Hall’s civil lawsuit against Hill, the receiver is being sued on charges of battery, assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence. Dolphins general manager Chris Grier said that the team is aware of the lawsuit but did not offer a substantial comment.

Hill has been accused of assault on several occasions over the course of his career, mostly recently last off-season. He and his friends were accused of getting into an altercation at a marina, during which Hill shoved an employee. The two sides eventually reached a settlement out of court and the NFL ruled in August that officials would not punish Hill for the incident.
