James Harrison is already impressive for playing a 14th NFL season at the age of 38 but now, the Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker has shown us yet another reason why his strength is jaw-dropping.

Steelers LB James Harrison Throws His Kids Into A Pool

Harrison had an off day with his kids on Tuesday, but he still found a way to fit in a workout by throwing his two sons into a pool. The most astounding part: Harrison launched his kids high, letting them get about 10 feet of air or more before landing in the water with a big splash.

The linebacker posted two videos of the pool tosses on Instagram:

As is visible in this first video, his son is thrown so high he almost leaves the frame completely at one point.

Apparently, Harrison’s boys wanted the fun not only to continue, but to go even further. They asked their father to throw them into the pool from their deck, as Harrison shows in this photo:

A few weeks ago, Harrison said he was willing to meet with NFL investigators in order to discuss his ties to performance-enhancing drugs, (something several other league players have been accused of) but only on the condition that he chose the date of the interview, that it be at his house, and that league Commissioner Roger Goodell attend.
