US Olympic speedskater Erin Jackson revealed her habit that make her a winner in an exclusive interview with uSports. “I would say one habit I have is really taking a calm and reflective attitude towards sports and competition and wins and losses,” she said just before heading to the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. “I think sometimes when you have a loss in sport it can feel like you know this big failure but I just try to learn something from every race I have, good or bad. I try to reflect after my races, reflect on what I did well, what I did poorly and really take that into the next one.”
