Jupiter Police have released the dashcam footage of the DUI arrest of golf star Tiger Woods. The golfer was found in his car in the early hours of Monday morning, asleep due to a prescription medicine that gave him an “unexpected reaction.”

The footage shows a confused Woods flunking the sobriety test. The golfer is polite and willing to adhere to all off the cop’s requests but, in his intoxicated state, has trouble following most directions. In the video, Woods tells the police that he has not been drinking, which is later confirmed by a Breathalyzer test.

Police found Woods asleep in his car with the engine running in the right-hand lane of the road. His blinker was on and the car had two flat tires.

When the cop asks if Woods has any clue where he is, the golfer says that he has “no idea.”

Woods, who is currently recovering from his fourth back surgery in less than five years, was prescribed the disorienting drugs for his recovery.

The 14-time major tournament winner last played golf professionally at the Omega Dubai Desert Classic in February. He withdrew from the tournament after experiencing back spasms.

His recovery has been progressing at a reasonable rate but it is unclear when Woods, who plans on returning to the sport, will be back on the golf course professionally.

A court arraignment for Woods’ DUI is scheduled for July 5, according to court records.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS - DECEMBER 02: Tiger Woods of the United States hits his shot on the second tee during round two of the Hero World Challenge at Albany, The Bahamas on December 2, 2016 in Nassau, Bahamas.

After being arrested on an initial DUI charge in Jupiter, Florida, on Monday morning, court reports reveal that alcohol was not in Tiger Woods‘ system.

Woods was found asleep at the wheel, according to a police report. The pro golfer was charged with DUI from alcohol or drugs, and unlawful BAC, while also failing sobriety tests have having slow and slurred speech at the time of the arrest. Breathalyzer tests reveal that Woods had no alcohol in his system, blowing a 0.00.

The golf icon was unable to stand on one leg, touch his finger to his nose and changed the story on where he was going and where he was coming from, documents show.

Woods released a statement saying that alcohol did not result in his DUI, rather an ‘unexpected reaction to prescribed medications.’

The prescribed medication stems from the former No. 1 ranked golfer’s back surgery in April, his fourth such surgery in three years. Woods now stands at No. 876 in the world, and will not compete for the rest of the PGA Tour season due to the surgery.

Woods was booked at 7:18 p.m. and was released at 10:50 p.m. under his own recognizance, according to police reports. Woods also thanked the Jupiter Police Department and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office for their “professionalism” in the statement.

The 14-time major champion noted the benefits of his prescribed medications in a blog post from May 24. Woods will also look to make a comeback to professional golf once he fully recovers. Woods has not won a PGA Tour event since the WGC Bridgestone Invitational in 2013, and has had just one top-ten finish in 19 events since his first back surgery in 2014.

A court arraignment for Woods’ DUI is scheduled for July 5, per court records.

Newcastle United and West Ham raided, investigated for tax fraud

Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) raided both Newcastle and West Ham United’s premises early Wednesday as part of an investigation into fraudulent transfer activity.

Newcastle, West Ham raided in tax probe, officials arrested

As part of the probe, HMRC also arrested Newcastle’s managing director Lee Charnley among other “several men within professional football.” Charnley was released without charge.

HMRC deployed 180 officers across the United Kingdom and France to carry out the investigation, which is into a suspected income tax and National Insurance fraud estimated to total approximately £5 million ($6.42 million), and added it searched and seized business records, financial records, computers and cellphones.

Here is the full statement HMRC released regarding the probe:

West Ham’s London Olympic Stadium and Newcastle’s St James’ Park were among the sites raided.

HMRC also reportedly asked Chelsea FC for information “in connection with its wider investigation,” according to a club spokesman.

However, the London-based Premier League team’s grounds were not raided and no arrests were made.

“HMRC has requested certain information which the club will provide,” the spokesman said.

Newcastle United, meanwhile, stated “a member of its staff has been assisting HMRC with their inquiries” but said it would be making “no further comment at this time”.

West Ham issued a statement saying the club is “cooperating fully with HMRC to assist their inquiries,” although none of their officials had been arrested.

Newcastle was promoted to the Premier League on Monday, only 348 days after relegation.

According to its 2015-16 accounts, the team had a turnover of £126 million, ($162 million) paid out £75 million ($96 million) in players’ wages and recorded pre-tax loss of £4.1 million ($5.27 million)

HMRC raided West Ham’s offices at the London Olympic Stadium where the club moved in August, having played at Upton Park since 1904.

Companies House figures for 2015-16 show it turned over £142 million ($182 million), paid out £85 million ($109 million) in player’s wages and made a pre-tax loss of £4.8m ($6.17 million).

The Public Accounts Committee emphasized specific concerns regarding tax evasion in the soccer industry and the “misuse” of image rights to lower tax liabilities.
