Sanya Richards-Ross is one of the most exciting track and field athletes to date: in the last three Olympics she has won four gold medals and one bronze. But after all this time, how does she stay on track and keep to a regiment diet? “I’m big on juicing. My dad prepares this ‘Popeye’s Power’ that has spinach and carrots and beets and all this stuff I drink a lot of the times before workouts, and that kind of makes me feel super and ready to train.” However, being on the road for events often throws her diet plans out of whack, but she usually strictly stays healthy with her meals. “Sometimes I’ll get grilled chicken or salmon or fish,” she said simply.
