PHILADELPHIA, PA - SEPTEMBER 11: Quarterback Robert Griffin III #10 of the Cleveland Browns looks to pass against the Philadelphia Eagles during the first quarter at Lincoln Financial Field on September 11, 2016 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Robert Griffin III and his girlfriend Grete Sadeiko thought their money would be safe inside their car parked in the players’ garage at FirstEnergy Stadium during the Cleveland Browns’ 27-13 loss to the New York Giants on Sunday. They were wrong.
Sadeiko, a heptathlete from Estonia who is a member of the Florida State track & field team, tweeted the following after she and the quarterback made their shocking discovery:

RGIII himself echoed his girlfriend’s “smh” in retweeting her.
Some people began to question why the couple would leave anything of value inside a parked car, but Sadeiko responded by saying she assumed the parking garage would be a secure place.
Griffin is back at practice for the Browns since last week after injuring his left shoulder in the team’s season opener. The QB filed for divorce from wife Rebecca Liddicoat in August. He claimed in September that his relationship with Sadeiko had nothing to do with the end of his marriage.
