Phillip Lindsay Signs One-Year Deal With Colts

The Indianapolis Colts’ running backs room’s cup just runneth over, as the team Tuesday added veteran back Phillip Lindsay to a one-year deal.

The move creates competition between first-teamer Jonathan Taylor, backup Nyheim Hines – and the new guy.

Running backs Deon Jackson, C.J. Verdell, Max Borghi and D’Vonte Price—the latter three were signed as undrafted rookies—are also on the roster at the moment.

Perhaps one of Indy’s running backs will stick out when the team begins OTAs on May 23.
