In the midst of the Philadelphia Eagles’ offseason craziness, two players apparently decided to have a friendly contest. Center Jason Kelce and defensive tackle Beau Allen challenged each other to a pushup contest: the catch was that linebacker Connor Barwin was on both of their backs.
The first video is of Kelce and the second is Beau Allen.
Both big men did the challenge with ease. But as a point of reference, Connor Barwin is not a lightweight at all: the 28-year-old linebacker is listed at 6’4″ and 265 pounds.
It is good to see the players are having fun with their training regiment during the offseason, especially since their team is in a constant state of change due to Chip Kelly.
