The NBA's All-Rookie first and second teams for 2018 were announced by the league on Tuesday, and it features a talented roster of first-year players. NBA Names 2018 All-Rookie Teams Ben Simmons of the Philadelphia 76ers, the Utah Jazz's Donovan Mitchell, and the Los Angeles Lakers' Kyle Kuzma are among those on the team. Mitchell and Simmons unanimously made the first team, while all other players had one or more second-team votes. Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball was voted to the second team. Many NBA fans and pundits had predicted Ball would emerge as the Lakers' top rookie this season, but in the end it was Kyle Kuzma who led all first-year-players on the team in scoring.
