Pacquaio And Mayweather Meet During Miami Heat Game

Everyone is anticipating the eventual Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather fight, which feels like it has been ten years in the making. And it just so happened the two superstar boxers were sitting court side at last night’s Miami Heat game: with the jumbotron even putting both of their picture’s on screen with the caption “coming in 2015?”

The two were obviously amused by the message: and Mayweather even went over to talk to Pacquiao, which both claim it was the first time they have ever met in person. As Sport Manias’ Joseph Goodman reports, Pacquiao believes they will fight in 2015: Mayweather wanted to settle all the lies being told and even gave Manny his private cell phone to communicate with each other.

Still for all boxing fans, this is the fight that everyone has been waiting for: but is it a little too late? Both are increasing in age and Manny just four fights ago suffered his worst defeat by the hands of Juan Manuel Márquez. Who knows, but as a person who is more a UFC fan, I will be the first to buy the pay per view whenever it happens.
