Outfielder Gets Hit On The Head With Fly Ball, Leads To Double Play

This is one of the craziest videos that I have ever seen. During a high school baseball game, the D’Iberville Warriors were facing the Hancock Hawks.

And in the top of the fifth inning, a Hawks player hit a routine fly ball to centerfield. As the player dove for it, he completely missed the ball and it hit off his head. What happened next had to be one in a million. The ball bounced off the player’s head and into the hands of the left fielder.

As a result, the batter was out and the base runners, who were already rounding third, got caught in a double play.
