The Winnipeg Jets will visit the Nashville Predators on Thursday night for Game 7 of the Western Conference semifinals, and here is what you need to know.
The Predators forced Game 7 by defeating the Jets 4-0 in Game 6 in Winnipeg on Monday. The series has proved thrilling, with Nashville winning 5-4 in double overtime in Game 2 to tie the series 1-1.
Nashville goalie Pekka Rinne has seemed wobbly in his performances in certain games of the playoffs, but he has also had some great nights with major saves. He stopped 34 shots in Game 6 for his second shutout of the postseason. Viktor Arvidsson and Filip Forsberg each had two goals in that contest.

Thursday’s game at Bridgestone Arena will begin at 8pm EST (7pm local time) and will air on NBC Sports.
Predators center Mike Fisher sustained an unspecified injury early in the first period of Game 6. The team has not yet announced if he will be available for Game 7. Fisher returned to Nashville’s roster in February 2018 after announcing his retirement in August 2017.

Nashville has chance to be the only team to reach the Western Conference Finals in both 2017 and 2018. Should the Preds win on Thursday, they would face the Las Vegas Golden Knights in the next round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
