The Falcons are coming off a 26-13 WIld Card victory over the Los Angeles Rams last week, while the Eagles lost to the Dallas Cowboys 6-0 in their regular season finale. Philadelphia is led by backup quarterback Nick Foles following a Dec. 10 injury to starter Carson Wentz, and will have to contend against Atlanta’s strong offensive unit that includes sharp players like Matt Ryan, Devonta Freeman and Julio Jones.
Most experts seem to predict the Falcons will win this game. According to Forbes, the projected final score is: Atlanta 23, Philadelphia 20.
Tennessee Titans at New England Patriots
Time: Saturday at 8:15 p.m.
TV: CBS
The Titans — who finished second in the AFC South — edged the Kansas City Chiefs 22-21 in last week’s Wild Card matchup, while the Patriots — who clinched their division again this year — defeated the New York Jets 26-6 in their regular season finale.
New England is the second-most productive team in the NFL through the air this season with 276.1 passing yards per game. The Patriots also boasted a formidable defense in 2017, so it seems likely they will also take this game, as most pundits foresee.
Forbes’ predicted score: New England 34, Tennessee 23.
On Sunday, the Jacksonville Jaguars will visit the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New Orleans Saints will visit the Minnesota Vikings for the other two Divisional Round contests.
