Lamar Odom Still Showing Signs of Memory Loss

Former Los Angeles Lakers star player Lamar Odom, 36, still appears to have a long way to go before reaching full recovery. His ex, reality TV star Khloe Kardashian, stated last month that he could be ‘mentally fully recovered’ within a year and a half, a source close to Odom told Entertainment Tonight that currently, he is still not at full mental capacity.

“He’s not doing great,” the source stated. “His speech is still slurred and he can barely walk on his own yet. He forgets a lot of people’s names — sometimes even his own. He definitely has some memory loss.” Odom was found unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel in Crystal, Nev., on Oct. 13. Since then, Odom has been undergoing intense post-coma therapy.

However, the whole Kardashian family continues to visit him at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

“He’s doing better every day, for sure, which is a blessing, but it’s going to be a long road and he has to walk that road,” Khloe stated last month. “It’s going to be a long time.” In a new video on her website and app on Sunday, Khloe revealed her struggles with anxiety after admitting 2015 was a rocky year for her. Last month, Khloe claimed she was suffering from a staph infection that was exacerbated by stress, and which had caused her to cancel her book tour.
