In a truly amazing video, fifth grader Ashlyn Watkins easily throws down a dunk: the play happened during an “East Columbia Youth Basketball League (ECYBL) game in South Carolina.”
Now, while one could say that this just looks like a normal dunk, let uSports remind you that she is a 6’1″ 11-year-old fifth grader who dunked nonchalantly on a nine foot rim. I was lucky to touch net in eighth grade.
And to all the people claiming that she did not dunk on a regulation rim, “she’s already reportedly grabbing the rim on 10-foot hoops,” according to Max Preps.
