Everton forward Romelu Lukaku arrived for training as usual on Wednesday in his £350,000 ($427,000) Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe just one day after he rejected the club’s most lucrative contract offer in its history.
The Premier League club had appeared confident the 23-year-old Belgian International would sign a new five-year deal at Goodison Park worth approximately £140,000 ($171,000) per week.
Nevertheless, Lukaku has stated he has no interest in renewing his contract with Everton, which expires in shortly over two years.

Everton was surprised by his decision, particularly because Lukaku’s agent Mino Raiola had recently gone on record to say it was ‘99.99 percent’ probable that he would stay.
The Belgian has been linked to several other English clubs including Manchester United and his former team Chelsea, from whom he joined Everton in 2014 for £28 million ($34 million). Lukaku has scored 19 goals this season. He and Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane, who also has 19 goals, are currently the top contenders for the Premier League golden boot, which is awarded to the league’s top scorer.
Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Real Madrid have also been floated as potential destinations for Lukaku, who played for Belgium in the Euro 2016 tournament in France last summer.
Everton, who last defeated West Brom 3-0 on Saturday, will next host Hull City in Saturday’s Premier League matchup.
