After failing to get traded, Devin White seems to be enjoying the hot start for his team.
White commented about the Buccaneers’ official Instagram page.
“This defense is so fun to be a part of,” he wrote. “I’m stupid for trying to leave! Young fast physical steppers.”
White requested a trade in August, which he himself called “a little selfish” as he was trying to get a new long-term contract. White will be a free agent after the Buccaneers trigger an $11.7 million option in the offseason.

In the past two games, White has 14 tackles, one tackle for loss and one pass defended.
