Denver Nuggets’ Timofey Mozgov Bloodied With Elbow

During the Charlotte Hornets’ victory over the Denver, Nuggets center Timofey Mozgov received an elbow to the face courtesy of Bismarck Biyombo. The early first quarter incident originally did not look like much: but Mozgov was quickly covered in blood post-scuffle, with a gash that appeared to be over the left eye.

He would return later with a few stitches, but only registered two points and three rebounds in 15 minutes of play. The 9-19 Charlotte Hornets defeated the 12-16 Denver Nuggets 110-82.
