Denver Broncos’ Safety Kareem Jackson Tests Positive For COVID-19

As NFL teams and players return to their facilities following the coronavirus pandemic, it has come out that numerous players have tested positive for the virus. On Wednesday, while speaking with KUSA-TV in Denver, Broncos’ safety Kareem Jackson said that he had tested positive for COVID-19.

Jackson joins the now growing list of NFL players, which includes Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliot, who have tested positive for the virus in recent weeks. Jackson noted that he started experiencing symptoms on Monday and found out that he had tested positive for the virus Wednesday. He also noted that he will now quarantine for 14 days.

Broncos’ linebacker Von Miller tested positive for the virus back in April but was cleared two weeks later. The 32-year old Jackson signed with Broncos prior to the 2019 season where he had 71 total tackles and two interceptions in 13 games.
