Cristiano Ronaldo Considering Transfer Away From Juventus

Football star Cristiano Ronaldo could leave Serie A club Juventus next year.

Several clubs have been linked to signing Ronaldo next year including Ligue 1 club PSG and his former club Manchester United. PSG’s sporting director Leonardo responded to the Ronaldo transfer rumors and told PSGTV, “Today in football we do not know what will happen. Ronaldo’s contract with Juventus officially expires in 2022 and it is unclear if the player will renew it beyond that year. Like many other football clubs, Juventus is greatly affected by the COVID-19 crisis and so selling Ronaldo would enable the club to save a lot of money due to the player’s very high wages.
