In one of the funnier moments from yesterday, the Indians’ Trevor Bauer decided to wear boxing gloves during the Kansas City Royals game.
The Royals have developed notoriety over the last month for their quick temper: they have been involved in three bench-clearing incidents as well as a few close calls with division rival Athletics.
The most recent one with the White Sox ended in an all out brawl, which resulted in six suspensions: four players from the Royals and two from the White Sox. So no one can blame Bauer for being extra prepared when playing the Royals.
