Meanwhile, the Nets are coming off three straight wins (two against the Chicago Bulls, one against the Milwaukee Bucks).
The Celtics will be missing several players due to injuries, including Kyrie Irving (left knee), Marcus Smart (right thumb), Gordon Hayward (left ankle) and Daniel Theis (torn meniscus, left knee). The team said this week that Smart could return as soon as April 27.
Terry Rozier had his right hand treated after injuring it in Tuesday’s loss at Washington.
