Captain America And Star-Lord Make Super Bowl Charity Bet

Well it seems that Marvel has officially invaded every aspect of the world: most recently, Chris Pratt, aka Star-Lord, decided to celebrate the Seattle Seahawks victory by exchanging verbal jabs with friend and avid New England fan Chris Evans, aka Captain America.

What started off as friendly resulted in a heavy duty wager from Pratt: the Parks & Recreation star said if the Seahawks win, Evans has to dress up as Captain American and visit a Seattle children’s hospital waving the 12th man flag. And Evans gleefully accepted, responding if the Pats win Pratt has to go to Christopher’s Haven while wearing a Tom Brady jersey: the haven is a charity that provides a loving environment for children fighting cancer and their families.

And since the bet was placed two days ago, it seemed like everything has calmed down: but in light of all the recent news about the Pats, Pratt had to get in the final word and tweeted, “Humiliate my Seahawks? Maybe talk to Brady about deflating your expectations. BOOM! (legion of) You’re on sucka.”

Either way, one of these Marvel stars is going to make some very needy children extremely happy.
