UFC president Dana White has spoken multiple times this week about Lesnar’s return to mixed martial arts. White stated he was prepared to give Lesnar an opportunity to win the heavyweight championship by facing the winner of the Daniel Cormier vs. Stipe Miocic bout in Las Vegas on July 7.

According to several UFC sources, Lesnar’s deal — for which full details have not yet been announced — could let him participate in more than one UFC fight.

BleacherReport’s Jeremy Botter tweeted that Lesnar’s contract could include a television appearance, though he did not specify whether it would be for a pay-per-view event or for something else entirely:

Lesnar recently withdrew from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency drug testing pool and has not rejoined said pool. Thus, he would have to show six months of clean tests before competing again.

Lesnar has earned massive salaries from WWE in recent years. According to a recent Forbes article, the veteran was paid approximately $6.5 million over the past year.
