In one of the toughest gambling bad beats of all-time, Rob Huntze lost out on a $1 million Draft Kings prize, after a stat correction, which took away a sack from Chicago Bears lineman Akiem Hicks which dropped Huntze from the outright winner to a five-way tie for first. Huntze had the Bears defense in his lineup.
Huntze was at the top of the leaderboard for an hour, having the Bears defense, before he was dropped down to the five-way tie. Huntze called it, “Heartbreaking on many levels.” Now, apparently, Huntze is very good at this daily fantasy game and has suffered stat correction money losses before but just not on this level. While it is possible that he could be back, even non-gamblers would have to sigh after hearing about a loss like this.
