In 2018,  Jason Anderson finally beat out Ryan Dungey and Ryan Villopoto. The pair had taken home every title in the 450cc Class since 2010. Aaron Plessinger won the 250cc West and Zach Osborne repeated as 250cc East champ.

Fans are going wild this year as the championships this year are anyone’s for the taking. Cooper Webb out of Newport, North Carolina leads the 450 class while Adam Cianciarulo and Austin Forkner split the 250 classes.

Then, the riders continue on their NFL stadium barnstorming tour. The Atlanta Falcons’ brand new Mercedes-Benz Stadium will be cleared out to make way for the dirt road perils of supercross. And AMA doesn’t shy away from the big apple either. On April 27, Metlife Stadium is hosting races. The riders will try to make last effort attempts to take home a championship.
