After Felix Rosenqvist won the Indy 500 on Sunday in a photo finish, pundits are wondering what more the rising star is capable of.
Rosenqvist has always been impressive, as evidenced by his recent performances during the lead-up to the Indianapolis 500.
Rosentqvist remained competitive throughout the weekend, again proving why he has become one of the most consistent drivers in the IndyCar Series this season. The Swedish driver battled near the front of the field, demonstrating strong pace in both qualifying and race conditions.
Entering the weekend with momentum after several solid finishes earlier this year, Rosenqvist’s speed on oval tracks stood out. He is always a contender at the biggest motorsports events each year.
Throughout practice, Rosenqvist posted some of the fastest laps in the field. His comfort driving at Indianapolis Motor Speedway has allowed Meyer Shank Racing to remain competitive against powerhouse organizations.
