Atlanta Hawks star guard Trae Young was upset with a play from Memphis Grizzlies guard Grayson Allen during their game on Saturday. The particular play that had Young upset was when he was coming off a screen with Allen trailing behind him. Young tried to escape a double team when it appeared that Allens' foot became tangled with Youngs' and caused him to stumble. Although it might have looked innocent, the All-Star guard did not think so. After the game, Young posted a gif of the play and said, "Damn.... tell me what ya'll see!!." The All-Star would then hashtag the tweet with "#ifyoudontknownowyouknow." Damn... tell me what y’all see!! Smh??♂️ this gotta stop.! #ifyoudontknownowyouknow pic.twitter.com/AgrPR1qRze — Trae Young (@TheTraeYoung) December 27, 2020 The Grizzlies guard quoted the tweet and give a sarcastic response, "Damn, that must’ve really really hurt, I’m sorry, I hope you’re okay." Damn that must’ve really really hurt. I’m sorry. In 2017, he was disciplined by Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski for repeated tripping. The two have a prior history with one another. In the 2018 summer league, both-then rookies got into a scuffle. In this year's preseason game, Young shoved Allen and received a technical for doing so.
