Some would also argue that QBs should be ranked higher than most other athletes playing other positions. This is because of the impact of the QB position and how much of the game is dictated by a signal caller. Last season, the Chargers missed the playoffs after the Las Vegas Raiders kicked a last-second field goal in overtime. Perhaps the list could have looked differently if Herbert was given a chance to light it up in the playoffs in 2021.
