NBA Draft 2018 Preview The Phoenix Suns have the first pick after winning the draft lottery. The Sacramento Kings, Atlanta Hawks, Memphis Grizzlies and Dallas Mavericks have the second, third, fourth and fifth selections, respectively. The Nets will host the two-round event at the Barclays Center. The draft will air on ESPN and will start at 7pm EST.
